WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED BY PARIS:SETE?

We accept the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB Way, credit card, PayPal. You can also make payments by bank transfer, just contact us by email ( info@paris-sete.com ).

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Paris:Sete strives to ensure that all shipments and orders are handled in the most efficient way possible. If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to check if it is still possible. No changes or returns on customized or custom-made items will be accepted. Unfortunately, if the shipping process has already started, the change or cancellation will no longer be accepted .
However, you can return your order within 15 days after delivery. Returns of customized or custom-made products are not accepted. Read more about the exchange and returns policy in the FAQ below.

FROM WHICH LOCATIONS ARE SHIPPING AND SHIPPING OF GOODS TO ENTRENTÃOEGA?

All orders and goods are sent from our warehouse, located in Venda-do-Pinheiro (Lisbon).

Please note :
Check the packaging of items upon delivery for external damage before signing proof of delivery.
If you detect any damage, ask whoever made the delivery to register an initial complaint about the problem. Then contact us as soon as possible, please.
We recommend that you receive delivery of your order in person. If you have consented to the delivery taking place in a location without your presence, Paris:Sete cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or loss.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped, you should receive an email identifying the tracking code. You can use it to track your order on the logistics service provider's website. If you have not received the tracking code or information about your order after shipping confirmation, please contact us.
