A coleção de exterior da Hay

Hay's outdoor collection

A circular house was the setting chosen by Hay to present its latest outdoor collection. But this is no ordinary house. Solo, designed by the Belgian studio Office KGDVS, is considered one of the most extraordinary houses in the world, having been nominated as one of the 40 best architectural projects for the European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe 2019.

With a unique circular structure, the house establishes a fluid connection between the interior courtyard and the surrounding natural landscape — a space where the boundaries between interior and exterior practically disappear.

For HAY, this was the perfect setting to showcase its new outdoor furniture collection, which includes:
– the durable Traverse Collection,
– the iconic Palissade, now with the novelty of hand-woven rope complementing the steel structure,
– and the sculptural Crate Collection, in pine wood.
Completing the set is the Mousqueton, a portable weatherproof lamp designed by Inga Sempé.
