Muuto is rooted in the tradition of Scandinavian design characterized by lasting aesthetics, functionality and honest expression.
By expanding on this heritage of materials, techniques and creative thinking, Muuto's ambition is to offer new perspectives to Scandinavian design.
In fact, the name Muuto comes from muutos, which in Finnish means "new perspective". The selection of designers is carried out meticulously with the aim of finding the main contemporary designers who are strong interpreters of Muuto's philosophy and who share their knowledge and passion with Muuto's creative team.
