New RealPage Office in Dallas

Considered the leading property management software company in the United States, RealPage has grown exponentially since its founding in 1998, having consolidated its strong presence at its headquarters in Dallas, Texas, in a 37 thousand m2 office, with more than 2000 employees .

When developing the design for RealPage, HGA San Francisco paid attention to the company's culture and ideals, and specifically how colleagues work and communicate.
They sought not only a renewed environment, but also a future-oriented vision combined with a work strategy that promotes collaboration and efficiency. The new headquarters was designed with the belief that dining areas and daily activities are as important as meeting areas.
"Our approach sought to humanize the large space available through 'neighborhoods'. Within each neighborhood are workstations and hubs. The hubs are made up of private offices adjacent to a café area, as well as two collaboration spaces, one open -space and a closed one." - Melissa Pesci.
