The Eames Storage Uni (ESU) shelving unit from Vitra attracts attention with its perforated, colored panels and thin, metallic structures. The four levels of shelves, drawers, and sliding doors provide plenty of storage space for books, office supplies, and other important items. The metal legs can be individually adjusted to adapt to uneven floors.
Charles and Ray Eames designed the Eames Storage Unit (ESU) and Eames Desk Unit (EDU) in 1949. The furniture's innovative, lightweight structure was based on the principles of industrial production, just like the iconic Eames House. Honoring the spirit of the 40s and 50s, EDU and ESU's contemporary color palette was developed together with Eames Office and Dutch designer Hella Jongerius.
